Question about dirty eggs under hen

Hi. I have a silkie hen setting on serama eggs that I purchased on ebay. She has 'messed' on the eggs & the poo has stuck to the eggs. Tuesday will be 21 days they have been under her. Will the dirt on the eggs affect their hatching? I can't clean them, can I? Thanks.

it's a bit late to think about that now.. do not try to clean them, now.. dirty eggs will hatch.. just leave everything up to the chicken...
