Question about feather picking.

Hi there! We have 11 chickens who live in a coop together and constantly pick the feathers on each others backs and on their back ends, is there any way to stop this?
We let our chickens out from 2pm to 8pm

If they have a run, how big is it?

Can you post some pictures of your set up for us?

What exactly are you feeding? Percentage of protein?
