Question about Geese to Expert Geese Farmer

Hi Everyone,
How is everything going on? I have few question to know from the experts. I am new to this industry. So I need to know more information to get it started. So my questions are:

1. In Bangladesh we mainly have Chinese Geese. So If anyone know which age they get mature to start laying eggs?
2. How many eggs they can lay each year and how often they lay? At once how many eggs they can lay?
3. Some people say they can lay eggs 2 times if their age more than 1 year. So which season they actually lay eggs? Do they lay eggs in Summer (From April to July)?
4. I know they are grazing animal. So is it possible to feed only grass? Because I want to feed them organic foods only. In my country, I can have lots of grass, water hyacinth, azolla or duckweed. Can I feed these food to geese? Also what about alfalfa, spinach, moringa?
5. Do I need to feed some extra stuff like: Cracked corn, Wheat or Pellet feed? Or any organic food combination work? Like: Azolla, Snail meat and Some rice bran and mash them to feed the geese.
6. Do I need to wet these feed in water before feeding them?

Can anyone please check the picture to tell me which types of grass is this?

I am far from an expert and my only geese are American Buffs. What I know from them is that while they love to eat grass, even in the summer when it's plentiful, I still supplement their diets with some all-flock commercial feed.

I got them in the spring of one year, and they started laying the next spring but only produce one clutch of eggs each year. Each girl laid eight or nine eggs.

I don't wet their feed, but they have constant access to water, including a plastic baby pool because they love to bathe and play in the water.

My geese are securely housed at night, but during the day, they free range and eat whatever they like in terms of weeds and grasses.
