I posted this under incubating, but got no responses.. since this is a question specific to ducks thought I would try here too.. I am trying to incubate call duck eggs.
I have a brinsea octo 10 with the egg turner. I bought a therm/hygrometer for a reptile terrarium --I couldn't find anything else that would fit ok in there with the eggs... I am just wondering if anyone else has used this set up with duck eggs, if so, how did you increase the humidity for the duck eggs, did you hand turn or let the little turner do the job...
I just lost 9 eggs in this incubator, I didn't have anything to accurately measure the humidity and my husband thinks the thermometer I used was actually inaccurate as well...
so as soon as I get it up to temp, and I am gonna set the eggs tonight I think.
