What sort of factors does one look for in determining who to ask for an interview: membership length, quality of posts, etc? I remember at one time users could be nominated for interviews. Is that still done?

Keep in mind, not everyone that is asked to do an interview wishes to participate. I probably get more "no's" then "yeses".
