Question about laying hen??

My RSL hen is 20 weeks old and has been laying eggs almost every day for about 3 weeks now. After she lays she sometimes is lethargic and hunches her back. She sometimes seems like maybe she's in a little bit of pain. What can I do to help her?? Added fan to coop to keep nesting boxes cooler. She does improve after a few hours. Any ideas to help Bobbi?

Might just be the workout. I liken laying an egg to childbirth. Everyday. Think about it.
