Question about my Hen's stomach swollen

Hi there - I am a backyard chicken owner for the past 8-10 years. I've had a flock of 4 that passed, all by natural causes and age. My new flock of 3 (just a year old and 1 passed when it was a few weeks old) so I adopted 2 Rhode Island Reds from a local farm. They told me they were both about 1 year old.
Anyway, I noticed today that her stomach was very swollen and she isn't moving around as quickly as usual. She is drinking and eating. I took her in and gave her an Epsom Salt bath and she stayed and seemed to enjoy it. Her eyes look clear but I don't like how her belly is. Could it be fluid or her Crop or maybe Egg bound? Her vent is clear. I will have to wait until Monday to take her to the vet. How can I tell?
