Question about pipping

We are incubating for the first time. We hatched one already and it went like you read online. Now this one seems different. Notice the first pip with the hole in it. This is in the middle of the egg and occurred last night at 8:25 pm. The hole is tiny but noticeable. Now this morning around 9am I noticed the second puncture with what appear to be another crack in the shell. My concern is I know the membranes of the green eggs are so thick (hard to crack when eating) so I’m concerned she cannot get enough air and I’m wondering if is in the wrong position. I know hatching can take as much as 24 hours. Is what I’m seeing concerning and should I do anything at this point? Humidity has remained 72-75 percent during this process. Our other hatchling is chirping nearby in hopes of encouraging this one along. . Thank you!

From the other side I am able to see the second one didn’t puncture the membrane.

Here is an update: we are almost 23 hours in from first “pip.” I have seen the egg rock recently. This is what it looks like now: pip with slit is first and the “second pip? from this morning still has membrane covering it My other hatchling has been going crazy the last 3 hours so it makes me think they can hear each other. I’m not very comfortable intervening but I’m seeing the white membrane move but it isn’t punctured. This is hard to watch as it seems it is struggling to bust the membrane. Would we want to try to grab the membrane by tweezers if we up humidity to 80 and do it quick? Makes me nervous. Here is the pic:

This is what it looks like now: pip with slit is first and the “second pip? from this morning still has membrane covering it My other hatchling has been going crazy the last 3 hours so it makes me think they can hear each other. I’m not very comfortable intervening but I’m seeing the white membrane move but it isn’t punctured. This is hard to watch as it seems it is struggling to bust the membrane. There also seems to be some bloody fluid at that second site too which I know can be normal. But so far we know it is alive at least!!
