question about ramps

I am finishing up our new duck coop and have a safety question. The coop is 2 feet off the ground, and has a ramp leading up to the door. I gave it about a 25 degree tilt, with little cleats for their footing. The thing I am concerned about is somebody getting a wild hair and freaking out, and falling off the ramp to the ground below. I know their legs are one of their week points so my question is-- is a fall from 2 feet a danger? Should I install little safety railings or am I being silly?
