Question about roosters

I found my rooster spinning around a few times I was wondering if thats normal or why do they spin. I never seen him do it before. So any ideas?

Mine usually makes his right wing limp and does a shuffle and sometimes a spin (usually around a hen). Maybe yours is practicing his dominance dance? Sometimes mine spins normal when some flying insect circles his head (pretty funny to watch).
