Question about showing Seramas?

So i'm part of a 4-h group and I want to get seramas to show in the county fair later this year, does anyone know about the color requirements?

I don't believe Seramas actually have colour requirements.

I found this for in cage showing, the white Serama is the only one excepted, but there are some other colors trying to get excepted.

White and black are accepted and they're trying to get exchequer accepted next

FYI Jerry Shexnayder gives free Seramas to 4-H students. I was just reading about it on his website.

Also I believe (but I am not sure) that the white color is only for American Seramas. Traditional Seramas can be any color.

According to the APA’s Standard of Perfection, only white is accepted. Other organizations might accept other colors.

Yes, so the APA excepts only white, but the ABA excepts black, white, and exchequer.
Which on should I follow in order to show at a county fair?
