Question about Temp. Variations

One of my thermometers (Walmart one) reads 100.8 and the Brinsea in-glass thermometer reads just a hair under 100. I have the Brinsea Eco 20. Should I adjust the temp a little bit or just leave it. I have had it running for about an hour.
