Question! How to make the quote?

This probably sounds really dumb to ask, but i never had a reason to before do this, and i thought i might want to now so im curious how, how do you make the little quote underneath your name publicly? Thank You! Like where the crowing/crossing the road is. I thought i heard you have to have premium feather member for that, is it true?

You have free ranging under your name, lots of people have things like chicken queen and stuff in its place, im wondering how you do that? Im pretty confident you need PFM but where from there?

I would post a schreenshot if I had one. But I'm not a PFM anymore so It dissapeared. But you will find it in the account settings. It’s not hard to find
