QUESTION: Is The Octagon 20 Advance Ex incubator a good incubator???

Has anyone every used The Octagon 20 Advance Ex? I am looking for a small incubator that has high hatch rates. Below is the link to it. It looks very nice to me. You can even adjust the humidity to whatever you want. Isn't that convenient???

I thought the incubator was crowded and opened during pipping and lost 2 eggs. Other two I am not sure about. I think it just seems crowded for 24 eggs which it says it will hatch.
