I used to collect die-cast model cars but I haven't in ages. I now collect different computers.

No, I did a little bit as a kid, but not much then either.

No. When I was a kid I liked getting those little wooden skeletons that you can put together. They were sold at museums. I don't think they were always skeletons, though - I distinctly remember putting together one that was a butterfly.
