Are you able to live in the moment or must you constantly be doing something?

Yes, I try. I like to stay where my feet are.

What does it mean to live in the moment?

Sadly, I am always one step/plan ahead of myself. This can be very tiring mentally and physically. I can relax/go into 'no think' mode when fishing, mowing lawn, or sitting in a beach chair by the ocean.

For me it means to just stop and enjoy the instant.

I like to think that I am almost always living in the moment.

It depends. I can take it all in when I'm out somewhere while also planning a bit ahead at the same time.

Usually I'll let my siblings take their half a bazillion photos. I sometimes stop to take pictures but not as many.

Both. I can, thankfully, stop and enjoy life's special moments, but otherwise have a hard time shutting off mentally. Like @sourland said, it can be very draining.
