Question of the Day - Saturday, January 27th, 2024

Okay well I'll be the oddball. Slightly late is fine with me cause I was raised that way. My whole family was always late. My brother still is.. Now I have gotten much better cuz DH is that early guy. I now just ask when are we leaving house, then I'm on time. ( My problem is I think I can fit in that one more thing DONE before I leave!
Now to my defense I am retired so not much reason to be prompt to grocery store! But if it's church or a meeting I'm on time. Rarely early .
Cute story before 911 my little tiny 80 year old mother and I were flying, we missed the call to board and they DID back up the plane for us!

I know some people that are *always* late. It drives me crazy!
I unfortunately fall into that crowd a lot when it comes to casual things. If I don't set alarms for certain steps and reminders, I'll look at the clock and realize I need to leave and still have stuff I need to do.

That being said, the times (especially for work and appointments) that I set alarms for reminders, I show up almost ridiculously early. It causes me so much anxiety when I know I'm running later than I planned, even if I'll still arrive technically on time
