Let's hear it for Baba Ganoush! That's how we like our eggplant.

Though I really like parmesan cheese too...
My husband is Lebanese and I make homemade yogurt (Leban and Lebnee), grape leaves, kibbee and hummus more than Baba Ganoush, as it's easier and less time. Heck, when I canned ground beef, I added spices for kibbeh and voila, yum.
Parmesan cheese, doesn't everyone have it in the fridge? 😎
