Question of the Day - Saturday, October 25th, 2025

Oh, ok. (That's ok. I love drinking water and just wanted to check to be sure you were getting the cleanest.)
I think if I drink too much plain water my electrolytes get depleted and that's why I feel sick. Or maybe there are too many minerals in the well water and I get unbalanced. Not sure. I just know it doesn't work for me.

A lot of people need minerals in their water. You might be getting too many from yours(like you said). Have you tried adding ginger to the water? It's an old school trick, to make it easier to drink

No but thanks, I'll try it. For a while I was adding kosher salt, lemon juice, a little honey and aloe vera juice. I liked that pretty well. I just got lazy when DH started bringing me Hint.

How do you mean, like grated fresh ginger, or ...?

Please be careful taking ginger when taking certain medications.
Diabetes, Blood thinner, Blood Pressure, certain pain meds and cancer drugs.
Hm, good point. I'll google whether it will interfere with anything I am taking. Like my Metformin. Thanks.
