Idk if this is a holiday treat, but during Christmastime, my family usually makes Tamales, and those are my favorite.

Christmas Tamales are so underrated. I already have my order in to my tamale lady

I love the tamales when they are made by the right person. Not too spicy, not too bland. Just right.

What stinks is that it's hard to find someone who makes the good ones. Yes, it's El Paso, but nothing beats the ones my aunt used to make.

Bunuelos are amazing. Those are real gold if you find the good ones.

That's true, I don't like the spicy ones. Our recipe is from my grandma, and I love it because its just right.
