Nothing wrong with gas! At least you can char peppers on it, and you sure can't on an electric stove. Have to do it in the oven or outside on the grill.

DW grew up with electric I grew up with gas, guess what we have. Three guesses and the 1rst 2 don't count. I much prefer gas.
