I saw a moss from the car once:

If you look closely you can see the tracking collar on (him? her?).

Bears are annoying here; luckily we haven’t had a visit yet this year. They come onto the porch, steal the garbage, and scatter it in the woods. It’s a pain to pick up. :/ Once a great fat one ran off carrying the garbage can by its handle in his mouth. šŸ˜‚

Our neighbors lost three chickens a few months ago when two adult bears and three cubs payed a visit. Last year we also lost three birds to a mama and cubs. Imagine my surprise when the two ā€˜raccoons’ I was treeing turned out to be bear cubs. šŸ˜‚šŸ˜¬

I was trying to count the number of šŸ«Ž I've actually seen "in the wild" and I'm stuck about Pancake (momma) and FlapJack (new baby). If a moose chooses to deliver in an empty lot in the middle of a business area in the largest city of the state, is it still "in the wild"? Does it count if there's some shrubby plants and a small tree growing in one corner of the lot? šŸ¤ØšŸ˜„
