I'm not sure. I like a lot of characters

Books: Any character in Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels; the lead characters in Jane Austen novels; and any character in Lisa Kleypas's 'Ravenels' novel series.

Movies: I have too many decades of movie watching to list all my favourites. There are the 'usual' picks from Oscar winning movies. What comes immediately to mind is Howl and Sophie in the anime 'Howl's Moving Castle';

TV series: most recently the characters in the anime 'Arcane';

Plays: the character Katharina at the beginning of the play 'The Taming of the Shrew'.
