I write things on the wall calendar (BYC calendar, of course), and I make a list of the tasks for the day/the next day. I cross things off the day list as they get done. I don't know if that counts, but my method works for me.
I've always used a weekly schedule book so I can keep track of my patient's appointments. I also put my own appointments and events in it. I am old school enough that I don't like using phone calendars.
