Question of the Day - Tuesday, February 4th, 2025

Walking and elliptical are favorites. I've never been a runner, never done any weight training.

I used to love swimming when I lived on Torch Lake, and I rode my bike a lot too.

I like swimming, skiing, rollerblading, & riding horses.
I dislike jogging/running.

I dislike all forms of purposeful exercise. I do them, but I don't like them.
There are things I do and enjoy that have a side benefit of exercise, like hiking or lugging around water buckets and feed, but I don't think of them as exercise. Maybe I should. Or maybe not - I don't want to start disliking them by associating them with exercise.
I do keep a bar above the bathroom door, and I'm not allowed to do anything in the bathroom unless I do a few pull-ups first. I don't know that I like it, but it's my most incentivising exercise. Nothing like needing to go really badly first thing in the morning to give you a boost in strength and speed.
