Never too late to learn! Lots of fun to be had in rivers, lakes, oceans, and pools.

I haven't either, but I am thinking about checking out a pool nearby.

Oh lots of places. Pools, marshes, lakes, along the Gulf a few times tubing and looking for shells, and the Atlantic and pacific ocean though it was freezing both times and didn't last long.
