Question On Frizzle Breeding!

Hey everyone I have a question. When you breed a frizzle to a bird that doesnt show frizzling but still has the frizzle gene, will that give you a better quality frizzle, or just a higher percentage of frizzle offspring?

Smooth-feathered chickens don't carry the Frizzle gene. Some frizzles have modifiers that make them look less frizzled than others, but the Frizzle gene is dominant, so it always shows up in some way if they have it. And you can't breed Frizzle to Frizzle, so the best you can do is 50%.
