Question on hatching in egg cartons?

How would you do this for quails? ...or would you?

You could use it for quail, but I don't know if you need to though. Quail seem to hatch all at once, and really quickly. I shouldn't have hatched quail before chickens because quail are such a piece of cake, and instant gratification.
