I had 2 set of eggs with wiggly air cells this year, I let them rest, then didn't rotate them for a few days. One set I had 6 hatch and the other just 1. Shipping is really hard on them unfortunately.

Advice for detached air cells during shipping is to let them rest pointy end down in the incubator (off) for 24 hrs and then incubate them that way through out the incubation. I don't have personal experience with detached air cells just have read quite a bit about shipping eggs and incubation issues. Personally I don't think I would toss any of them without trying first
