Question regarding Buff Orpingtons

I just ordered my first batch of eggs to hatch!

We have 12 Golden Buff Orpingtons and 6 Blue Buff Orpintons coming to us next week. Obviously the Blue Buffs are different due to their coloring, but is there a difference between Buff Orpingtons and Golden Buff Orpingtons?

Just the color.

Orpington is the breed.
So you will have blue Orpingtons and buff Orpingtons. Both are lovely birds. Congratulations.

The buff Orpingtons are golden. Blue buff Orpingtons might be a cross between blue and buff, I would guess. I really don't know.

I love the buff orps and the blue orps. They are good sweet natured birds. They lay really , really well. I love mine. Gloria Jean
