Question regarding my chick's beaks

Hello! New here and new to raising backyard hens. My chicks are about 5 weeks old and their beaks are all un-even as seen in the photo. A few weeks ago I was told this is normal and caused from losing their egg teeth, however, at 5 weeks old I thought the beaks would be looking a little more even again. Should I be concerned? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Cheers.

It looks like they were trimmed. Commercial egg producers do that sometimes to ease pecking.
