Question reguarding breeding Silkies!!

Ok, Here are my questions...

1) If you breed a WHITE ROOSTER to a BLUE/BLACK/SPLASH HEN what color(s) offspring would you get?
2) If a rooster & a hen have the same "father" but not the same "mother" can you breed them?

1} I don't think you can predict that. You would need to know more about what genes are in your chickens.

2} I think it is ok to do that.
