can i put ringneck doves in the same coop with my 8 wyndottes...4 speckeld sussex....2 r.i.r. 2 old english..1 mean poo...1 shy hen...thanks
 
I think you should try it. Once they get together there is a chance that they will bond and start acting like a family (ya' know?). I think you should give it a shot

I have a wild pigeon that cannot fly (broken wing) who lives with the chickens. He doesn't get along with my other pigeons, or they with him. Gets along fine with the chickens, and for awhile shared nest brooding with one of my hens. I collected the eggs for the incubator, but his broodiness was certainly a sight!
 
thanks for the advice...i have raised ringneck doves for years...but a little worried bout putting them in with my old english rooster...he's pretty cocky..
