Questionable spot on baby ducks

I have two very young baby white pekins and noticed they both have this weird spot on their rump. They’re not from the same clutch of eggs as they are a few days apart as far as i know. they both frequently itch this spot and i want to know if i should be concerned about it.

That is their oil gland; nothing to be concerned about. Birds will preen over the area to distribute oils across their feathers.
