Questions about bantam chickens?

I have some Phoenix bantams. They are 2 months old. I was wondering when they will start laying and also since it probably will be this winter will they wait till Spring to start laying?

Some of my birds started laying before the winter and kept throughout it so I think it kind of depends. I'm not sure with phoenix's though. But the average laying age for chickens is 26wks.
