Can Corrid be used for dogs/puppies or cats/kittens?? If so at what dosage??

It's a good question, since it is used on cattle, swine, and poultry. I guess my first step though before looking for a dose is to figure out if the corrid is effective against the type of cocci found in dogs/cats, as cocci is species specific and different types affect different animals.
