Questions about new Paypal account

I recently signed up for a paypal account and have it setup and everything. I mainly got one for selling eggs/birds for the auctions here on byc. Question is, I see members say send money to [email protected] or something? How do I know what my actual paypal address is so they know where to send the money to?

if paypal has your email on your account that is how it will come to you.

I tell buyer to send paypal to my email address.
they go to paypal, say they want to send money, it asks to who, and they type in email address.

that is it all done
