Questions about the Hova-Bator 1610 universal egg turner

I was looking to buy the 1610 egg turner to go into a homemade incubator. My questions were:
1) Does the unit plug directly into a wall outlet or do have to have a 12v converter?
2) What are the dimensions?

It does plug directly into the wall. As for dimensions I can never find the tape measure. I am sure you can google it and find out.
