Questions about various things to help "manage" my flock

I apologize if I have this in the wrong forum. I read through and couldn't decide where to put these questions.

I have read various threads today and gathered my questions so here goes...

1. I am one of those that went out and bought my flock before researching and I have many different breeds. They are about 10 weeks old. Is it typical to have fighting problems later even if they are all getting along now? These babies are now part of my family and will never be eaten. They will be pets after they no longer produce eggs. So if I have a problem I am going to have to build a different coop or find a good home for my "problem" birds.

2. I have read to give them garlic. How much and how often? Should it be minced or powder?

3. I read to give them yogurt with cayenne. How much and how often?

4. I have read conflicting info on DE. How often should I use this? Is it safe to create a box of this for them, or should the pen just be lightly dusted?

5. Garlic/Water solution to spray for mites once every two months. How much garlic vs. water in the mixture?

6. Unpasturized Apple Cider Vinegar in their water. Since it is already so hot here should I wait to do this in the fall/winter?

7. I found two different DIY electrolyte recipes. One calls for pedialyte and one does not. Any thoughts on this?
1c unflavored pedialyte, 1/2 tsp salt substitute, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp table salt, 1 tbsp. sugar or honey, 1 gallon of water.
the other one is....
1 c water, 2 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking soda - Mix 1 cup of this per 1 gallon of water.

8. I have a garden and want to give my birds as much as I can out of it. If I have bugs and can't use pesticides what is the best way to get rid of the bugs eating my plants?

9. Is it bad to give them veggies/herbs/fruits daily?

10. I just noticed some diarrhea in the pen today. Is there something I can give them for this?

11. I have a large yard and would like to let them out in it on the days that I am here to watch for a little while. Once they are bigger my dad keeps telling me they won't be able to fly up to or over my 6' fence. I am worried and don't want them to get out of my yard. Can they fly this high once they are heavier or should I clip their wings? I want them to be able to scavenge and take advantage of the rest of my property but don't want to put them at risk.

Thank you for you time and advice!

8 - You can kill bugs with soapy water in a spritzer. Insects have a sort of waxy coating on their exoskeleton and the soap destroys that and also messes with their ability to breathe. You may also enjoy reading some information about putting chickens in the garden in the evenings for some supervised snacking, and they will help keep the bug population down.

11 - I would clip their wings. My chickens can clear a 6' fence easily and I have seen them roosting in the big tall fir trees in my back yard. You only need to clip one wing to keep them from flying so I do the right wing on each bird. It's only half the work that way. :)
