Questions about wyandottes

I have two week old wyandottes that I have with my 8 other chicks, they were labeled as pullets but now I'm worried one is a roo. I know it may be too early to tell for 100% certain. But I'm conflicted. I vent checked and didn't see evidence of it being a roo but the feathers are so far behind the other one.

Here are pics of them both. If it *is* a roo I'd like to find it a new home now as roos aren't allowed where I live. And finding it a home while he is this cute might be easier.

It's too early to tell. It's also too late to vent check. Just wait and see.
