Questions after first butchering experience

Make a smaller cone that attaches to the main cone so after you slit their throat, you attach this smaller cone which will collect the blood and direct it straight down into the bucket; unless its a windy day then the blood is blowing all over the place and it looks like a massacre.

Yeeeow... this has been a real eye opener. I always dispach with the broomstick method and the bird is dead, dead, dead in about 5 seconds. A headless, spraying, bloody mess but dead.
You all are made of much stronger stuff than I'll ever be! lol!
