Questions regarding a 3 week old chick

Hi again to all,

My 3 week baby chick has gotten weak.. all it does now is just tweet.. a few weeks back, this kid was so active that it was tryin to jump out of its box the first time i got it.. now, it seems cold, weak and it wont even mess around with the other chick with it..

i even noticed today that it kept closing its eyes and when u kinda tap it to walk, it would just fall on its knees..

can anyone advise??
