Has anyone here ever shown or had children that have shown Guineas? I have a small flock of 5 that I purchaced from the auction a few weeks ago. They have mites and I have to treat them. But the thing is I only wanted 3 or 4, more then that and they can get loud! My question is if my daughters can show them I might keep them all and keep two caged till mature and let the girls show them. BUT I noticed a two have ALOT of whit on their chests. Why is that I have had Guineas before and they didnt have this. Would this be considered a flaw? They are pretty young could use an educated guess on age so will post a pic or two. How besides the Buck-wheat can I tell who is the girls etc? I know there is atleast 1 girl but everytime I try to watch who is making what noise they shut up. They are not real verbal yet! These are not good pictures! They need to be tamed down a bit as who had them did nothing to tame them. I am going to treat for the mites and move them to a better more acessable cage and work with them! So these are the best pics I could get but as you can see one of them has a TON more white then some of the others!! Thanks!!!
