Quick Lock Down Question

My eggs are due to hatch on the 14th

Do I put them in lockdown on the 11th or 12th? I have counted the 21 days from the first 24 hours being Day 1 so that the hatch day will be on the same day of the week as the day I set them. Just not sure if the 3 day lockdown includes hatch day or not. Any help would be appreciated!

Lockdown on day 18. Don't count backwards from 21.

Then someone said it is NOT Day 1 until 10AM on Friday, the 25th and count from there, which puts their hatch date on Thursday, April 14th which everyone seems to agree would be the hatch date. So Monday, April 11th at 10:00AM is my Day 18 and into lock down they go. And I hope they come out less scrambled than my brain is right now......
