Quick new hatch!!!

Ok I know it is late, but this is my first chick and he zipped and is all out but it looks as if his bottom is stuck on the inside of the egg, should I do anything?? I was told to leave the bator shut!! AHHHH help please!

Leave it shut, it will usually come free from the chick when it dries up. After they all hatch, and if it's still stuck. Take sissors and cut the cord connecting it to the shell. Don't cut too close to the chick or pull on the cord. Just keep it closed for another 24 hours.
