Quick question abt egg count

I have 5 golden comets, 6 cinnamon queens all at 21 wks. Both cinnamon queens and golden comets are supposed to start laying earlier (16-18wks)

That's 11 girls, plus I have 2 others I know are laying bringing me to 13 girls.

I am only getting on average 8 (sometimes 7 sometimes 9) eggs a day. Does this sound like all of the above are laying?? Or do you think some still haven't started yet??

No, they're not all laying. I've had some not start until they were six months. Can you post pictures? Their wattles and combs should be bright red

My pullets have been red for a couple of weeks, rooster has started to mate with one of them. I think I'll have eggs soon. How long have yours had the red comb and wattles?

Hmmmm idk..I little while now.
First squat was the 2nd, first 2 eggs were on the 8th. So before then lol
