Quick snippet of the Egg Song, prior to laying. Enjoy!

I grabbed my camera, but only managed to get a few bawks before she stopped. She went on into the coop and laid her egg. I didn't catch the song afterwards.

Oh, you get to see our yard, which is a work in progress. We took out a bunch of trees, graded, seeded and planted a few fruit trees which the deer have discovered!!

I caught one on my cell phone. Now, when my best girl calls me, the egg song is my ringtone!
We have been accused of sounding like a couple of cackling hens, anyway... hee hee
