R cinnamon queens good layers?

I can get 9 free cinnamon queens from a neighbor that is moving and
i just didnt know how large the eggs would be and if they are good layers.

They are very good layers , mine lay almost daily. They lay a fairly large light brown egg.

CQ's are very close cousins to red stars, red sex links, golden comets. they are great birds easy going fantastic layers of lrg light borwn eggs, thrifty, and good looking birds. I am happy you got some good ones.

Just remember to take into account their age. Mine went through a molt at 18 months...no eggs for about 3 months....but have picked back up again.
