R & O's New Orleans

I know this is a long shot. Are any of you from New Orleans or that vicinity? I saw R & O's featured on a recent episode of Mystery Diners. Anybody see that? Anyway, I wanted to write a letter to the manager who called Mystery Diners to check out his staff. I didn't catch his name. I called R & O's to find out. Between a poor connection and the accent, I couldn't understand what they said. Does anybody here know his name? I don't want to address the letter to Whom It May Concern.
