Our neighbor has a free range rabbit that has been at our house for about two and a half months, whenever we bring her over she comes back. The neighbors haven’t said anything so we put out water and food for her, but she started to have a slight limp. We didn’t think much of it at the time because it was slight, but yesterday we saw she dug a hole for herself and backed up in it. We just thought she was cooling off but she was out there for awhile, she was eating and drinking fine but I noticed it looked like she wanted out but couldn’t get out, so I dug a little bit and saw her whole backside was limp. I brought her inside in a box and I’m hand feeding her and giving her water. She’s eating and drinking fine and seems fine personality wise. I was going to call a vet tomorrow for advice since it was late and I’m going to talk to the owners tomorrow. I was just wondering what I could do now to help her

Oh, gee, I am sorry. This sort of thing is almost always fatal; the vet is most likely going to tell you to have the rabbit euthanized. Most of the time, paralysis of the back limbs is caused by sudden damage to the spine, but there is at least one medical condition that can close the spine off over time. Since this rabbit's problem seems to have developed over time, that sounds more likely.
